Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned product, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo of the issue if you can. We'll replace the product or refund your order at no cost to you — no return required in most cases.
